About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven 
B2B Sales Executive
 to grow our sportswear business across key markets. In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, gyms, sports academies, and corporate buyers. If you have a passion for sales, experience in sportswear or apparel, and a track record of achieving targets, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients within retail, wholesale, fitness, and corporate sectors.
  • Present product lines, catalogs, and seasonal collections to potential partners.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and close high-volume deals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term supply agreements.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and accurate sales reports.
  • Coordinate with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven B2B sales experience in sportswear, apparel, fashion, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Solid understanding of sportswear trends and wholesale distribution.
  • CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills.
  • Existing client network is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (is a plus).
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in sportswear or apparel.
  • Experience in the UAE/GCC market is a plus.
