Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Property Advisor positioned in Abu Dhabi. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting luxury properties while providing top-notch customer service throughout the process. Responsibilities include property management support, advising clients on investments, market analysis to identify opportunities, and building strong client relationships through excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide exceptional client support.
- Expertise in Property Management and Investments to offer professional advice and manage high-value properties.
- Knowledge of Finance to evaluate real estate investment opportunities and guide clients in decision-making.
- Ability to conduct property market analysis and identify investment opportunities for high-end clients.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English to successfully cater to the diverse clientele in the UAE market.
- Strong work ethic, motivation to achieve targets, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in real estate, luxury sales, or investment advisory can be an advantage.
