Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Property Advisor. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, offering investment advice tailored to client needs, and managing property listings. The Property Advisor will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and stay informed about market trends to deliver informed recommendations. Collaboration with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and business development is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Property Management and Investments to guide clients and manage their asset needs
  • Understanding of Finance principles relevant to real estate transactions
  • Proficiency in market analysis and the ability to identify investment opportunities
  • Proficient in negotiation and closing deals effectively
  • Previous experience in real estate or related fields is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is an added advantage
