Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi for a Property Advisor - Sales Agent. The role involves meeting with clients to understand their requirements, providing property consultations, managing property sales and listings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, promoting property listings, representing the company in client interactions, and negotiating property deals. The role requires a customer-centric approach to achieve sales goals and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Property Management and a strong understanding of the Real Estate industry
  • Knowledge of Investments and Finance related to the real estate market
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate laws and regulations is preferred
