Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and polished Luxury Property Sales Advisor to join our elite team in Abu Dhabi. This role is tailored for professionals with a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market and a proven ability to deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. You will be responsible for managing premium listings, advising investors, and facilitating high-value transactions with discretion and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell luxury residential and commercial properties in prime Abu Dhabi locations
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on property selection, investment potential, and market trends
  • Conduct private viewings and consultations, ensuring a personalized and confidential experience
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and global investors
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations
  • Stay informed about luxury market developments, architectural innovations, and exclusive listings
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop premium property presentations and targeted campaigns

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or consultancy
  • Proven track record of closing multimillion-dirham property transactions
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury property market in Abu Dhabi and the UAE
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and commitment to discretion and confidentiality
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
  • RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
