Senior Sales Manager – Manual Valves & Actuated Valves
Department- Sales & Business Development
Reporting To- Managing Director / Head of Sales
Employment Type- Full-Time, Permanent
1. Purpose of the Position
The Senior Sales Manager –Valves will be responsible for managing and developing sales activities for manual valves and complete actuated valve solutions within GCC and International market, in line with Nexalis International's commercial strategy, compliance framework, and ethical standards.
2. Company Overview
Nexalis International is a leading engineering and supply company, providing engineered valve solutions to clients in oil & gas, power, water, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. Nexalis operates strictly as a supplier and engineering partner to approved global manufacturers and does not engage in manufacturing activities. However, Nexalis's own Valve manufacturing is underway and shall be ready soon for exploring market as manufacturer.
3. Key Duties and Responsibilities
3.1 Sales & Business Development
• Develop and implement sales plans for approved regions in accordance with company targets.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities with EPC contractors, end users, utilities, and consultants.
• Liaise with clients and bring new RFQs for valve packages.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order confirmation which includes RFQ receipt, registering in ERP system, identifying the solution/brand to be offered to client, preparing Techno-commercial offer, submission, meeting with client for TQ closure, order finalization and transfer to Project team within Nexalis.
• Reporting to Sales Director and update for ongoing potential bids, Target achievements etc.
3.2 Technical & Commercial Responsibilities
• Promote and sell manual and actuated valve solutions in compliance with project specifications and international standards.
• Review RFQ documents, datasheets, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Preparation & submission of Techno-commercial offer to clients.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and OEM partners for technical clarifications and approvals.
• Attending client/contractor meetings for technical closure.
• Developing Supply chain, bringing new suppliers on board, visiting factories and qualifying them, develop strong relationship with sub-vendors.
3.3 Client & Account Management
• Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and projects.
• Conduct commercial negotiations within approved authority limits.
3.4 Tender & Contract Management
• Review RFQs, tenders, and ITBs and ensure accurate submissions.
• Coordinate pricing, delivery, and contractual terms in line with company policy.
• Ensure compliance with internal approval and risk management procedures.
3.5 Reporting & Compliance
• Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and ethical standards.
• Maintain proper CRM and documentation records.
3.6 Internal Coordination
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to support order execution.
• Support junior sales staff when required.
