Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant and front-of-house operations.
  • Lead, train, motivate, and supervise service staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and meal plan management team to ensure timely service and product quality.
  • Manage scheduling, staff performance, and shift planning.
  • Monitor stock, supplies, and inventory needed for daily operations.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and quality control standards.
  • Track sales performance, operational KPIs, and prepare management reports.
  • Implement processes that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service flow.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in F&B or meal plan industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-management abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and operational best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.
  • Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred).
