An Asian Fine Dining Restaurant Manager

oversees daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, financial health, and adherence to brand standards for high-end Asian cuisine, requiring strong leadership, staff training in fine dining protocols, deep knowledge of Asian culinary nuances, and expert guest relations for VIPs, ensuring seamless kitchen-to-table coordination and creating an elegant, culturally authentic ambiance for repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management:

  • Oversee smooth daily operations, including opening/closing, reservations, and service flow.

  • Maintain impeccable service, hygiene, and safety standards specific to fine dining.

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for optimal financial performance.

  • Guest Experience:

  • Deliver world-class, personalized service, anticipating guest needs and building loyalty.

  • Handle VIPs, high-profile guests, and resolve complaints professionally.

  • Ensure the restaurant ambiance (lighting, music, decor) reflects the brand and Asian aesthetic.

  • Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff on fine dining service etiquette and Asian cuisine knowledge.

  • Foster a positive, cooperative, and high-performance culture.

  • Set clear goals, provide feedback, and coach for continuous improvement.

  • Culinary & Brand Alignment:

  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure menu quality, presentation, and consistency.

  • Uphold brand standards and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Drive innovation in service and guest engagement within the Asian fine dining context.
