Alain Ducasse is seeking a highly skilled and creative Manager, We are committed to excellence and seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and enhance our guests' dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and inspire the restaurant team to provide exceptional service and uphold our restaurant standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and innovate processes to enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and cost control while maintaining budgetary goals.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the restaurant's clean and welcoming environment.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively while promoting a positive dining atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
