Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Sheen Specialty Tea

Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
  • Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and team motivation.
  • Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, and tea preparation in line with brand standards.
  • Maintain excellent customer experience by handling feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring high service standards.
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and control stock levels to minimize waste and shortages.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and basic financial controls.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and management to support operational needs.
  • Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency during peak hours.
  • Represent the brand professionally and uphold Sheen Specialty Tea's values and culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in food & beverage operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for hospitality, tea, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
