Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support daily sales operations and lead marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in website management, creative marketing abilities, and basic knowledge of AI tools or AI agents for productivity and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination:

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
  • Coordinate with clients through email, phone, or online platforms.
  • Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and sales reports.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing & Web Management:

  • Manage and update the company website (products, content, images, news, etc.).
  • Create marketing materials such as posters, brochures, social media content, and promotional banners.
  • Generate new marketing ideas to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Plan and schedule posts across social media platforms.

AI & Automation:

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation tools, AI agents, etc.) to improve marketing workflows.
  • Implement simple AI-based automation for tasks such as content creation, lead management, or customer engagement.
  • Research and suggest new AI-based tools that can improve department productivity.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Maintain communication between sales, marketing, and management teams.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales/marketing reports.
  • Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and campaigns whenever required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales coordination or marketing is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or similar).
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
  • Understanding of AI tools/AI agents and ability to use them for Automate the tasks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and bring new ideas.

Preferred Skills:

  • Social media management experience.
  • Knowledge of Odoo.
  • Creativity in design and marketing campaigns.
