Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist based in Sharjah. In this role, the Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote services, conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, and coordinate marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities include managing customer interactions, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives by crafting persuasive materials and communication strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong skills in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends and optimize marketing efforts
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and deliver exceptional client-focused results
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics is a plus
  • Proactive mindset with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
