Job Description

The
Digital Marketing Specialist
is responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing efforts across all channels, including paid advertising, SEO/SEM, email, and WhatsApp marketing. This role plays a key part in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and conversions through data-driven strategies. The specialist will also ensure accurate performance tracking and support cross-functional alignment to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across
    Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
    , and other digital platforms
  • Align all campaigns with brand objectives, seasonal promotions, and performance targets
  • Manage ad budgets, targeting strategies, bidding, and creative testing

SEO & SEM

  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and search engine visibility
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize both organic and paid search campaigns
  • Monitor and improve rankings and search performance across priority keywords

Google Merchant Center

  • Manage product data feeds and optimize listings for
    Google Shopping
  • Troubleshoot errors and ensure data accuracy for maximum exposure

Google Tag Manager & Analytics

  • Set up and manage event tracking using Google Tag Manager
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other platforms
  • Provide detailed insights to improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness

Email Marketing

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, product updates, promotions, and automated flows
  • Segment audiences for targeted communication and improved engagement
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics

WhatsApp Marketing

  • Execute WhatsApp campaigns for promotions, new product launches, and re-engagement
  • Coordinate message scheduling, audience segmentation, and link tracking
  • Ensure compliance with communication standards and maintain high engagement rates

Performance Optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email templates
  • Continuously refine targeting, creatives, and messaging based on performance data
  • Identify and act on new opportunities to scale digital performance

Market Research & Innovation

  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
  • Benchmark competitors and explore new tools, strategies, and technologies

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure consistency
  • Align marketing campaigns with product launches, seasonal events, and business goals
  • Report results and suggestions to the marketing manager and relevant stakeholders
