We're looking for a
Marketing Specialist
who's ready to take charge of a fast-growing healthcare and dermaceutical portfolio across
UAE & KSA
— covering retail pharmacies, distribution, and e-commerce.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can turn creative plans into measurable business impact.

The Role

You will lead marketing for our dermaceutical and wellness brands — from
MAXON, GlowRadiance, GR Health, and Luderma
— managing 360° campaigns across:

  • Digital marketing (paid media, influencer, content, performance tracking)
  • Retail pharmacy visibility, activations, and promoter engagement
  • Product launches, gifting programs, PR, and events (Dubai Derma, Mediam, etc.)
  • Online and marketplace performance campaigns (Amazon, Noon, Sahajamal, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute full-funnel
    digital marketing strategies
    for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Manage influencer programs (organic + paid), PR agency coordination, and ROI analysis.
  • Drive
    brand visibility
    across top pharmacies — shelf talkers, POS, sampling, and monthly in-store activations.
  • Develop content calendars, newsletters, and creative briefs aligned with brand identity.
  • Supervise
    event marketing
    , corporate gifting, and partnerships with doctors, clinics, and medical universities.
  • Oversee
    training materials
    and communication for promoters and sales teams.
  • Launch data-driven dashboards to track marketing ROI, lead generation, and campaign efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in
    healthcare, skincare, or FMCG marketing
    .
  • Proven record in
    digital media buying, influencer management, and brand storytelling
    .
  • Strong project ownership — from idea to execution, within defined budgets and timelines.
  • Confident communicator, fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Creative, analytical, and grounded in ROI thinking.
