Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager based in Dubai, with flexibility to work partially from home. The Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of high-end residential villa projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing teams of designers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, conducting inspections, and ensuring expediting and logistics processes are effectively executed.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • 5 years experience in luxury residential projects in UAE
  • Skills in Expediting and Expeditor duties to ensure project materials and tasks adhere to the project schedule
  • Experience in conducting Inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with project standards
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management and coordinating workflows between multiple stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Proven experience managing high-end residential projects is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • knowledge of FIDIC contracts is a must
  • Familiarity with local regulations and construction standards in the UAE is a plus
