Role Overview

We're hiring a Founder's Associate to work directly with the CEO on the highest-priority initiatives across strategy, growth, operations, fundraising, and execution.

This is a high-trust, high-exposure role for someone who wants a steep learning curve and real ownership. You'll act as an extension of the founder — helping turn ideas into execution, unblocking teams, and driving critical projects forward.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build toward general management, investing, product, or operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Special Projects

  • Drive cross-functional projects from problem definition through execution.
  • Support strategic initiatives including market expansion, new product lines, and partnerships.
  • Conduct analysis, research, and synthesis to support decision-making.

Execution & CEO Support

  • Translate CEO priorities into clear action plans and follow-through.
  • Track progress across key initiatives and ensure accountability.
  • Prepare briefs, decks, memos, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support meeting preparation and follow-ups to ensure decisions turn into action.

Operations & Process

  • Help identify operational bottlenecks and implement lightweight processes.
  • Work with team leads to improve execution speed and clarity.
  • Support OKRs, planning cycles, and performance tracking.

Fundraising, Investor & External Exposure

  • Support fundraising processes, investor materials, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with investor updates, board prep, and data room management.
  • Interface with external partners, advisors, and investors as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, startups, or high-performing operating roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High ownership, bias to action, and strong judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to zoom out strategically.
  • Background in real estate, tech, finance, or strategy is a plus.
