Position: Commercial Real Estate / Sale of Business Associate

We are looking for a driven young professional (1–3 years' experience) who can support our
commercial real estate mandates and sale-of-business transactions
.

Someone who is:

  • Sharp

  • Comfortable with numbers, research, and client interactions
  • Hungry to grow into a
    deal-maker
    , not just an agent

You will work directly with the founder and senior team on real transactions, negotiations, asset evaluations, and feasibility-backed commercial deals.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sale of businesses across F&B, retail, hospitality, logistics, trading, contracting, and service sectors
  • Assist in commercial property deals (warehouses, retail, plots, hospitality assets, schools, labour camps, etc.)
  • Conduct research, data gathering, market comparisons, business profiling, and financial understanding
  • Prepare one-page teasers, client briefs, and internal deal summaries
  • Coordinate client meetings, viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups
  • Build relationships with business owners, investors, landlords, and brokers
  • Maintain CRM, deal pipelines, and transaction trackers
  • Work across
    multiple verticals
    and grow into a full-fledged dealmaker
  • Support due diligence, documentation, and transaction execution

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in:
  • Commercial Real Estate / Business Brokerage / Sales / Client Relations / Commercial Leasing / SME Advisory
  • Presentable, confident, and comfortable speaking with owners, investors, and CEOs
  • A natural relationship-builder
  • Basic understanding of commercial numbers (P&L, revenue, rent, costs, ROI)
  • Able to work in a fast, founder-led environment
  • Self-driven, emotionally grounded, and willing to learn
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory)
