The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
  • Support the performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and training programs.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances professionally and confidentially.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
