Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Handle employee relations, addressing queries and resolving HR-related issues
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
  • Support payroll processing, leave management, and performance appraisal processes
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and team events
  • Prepare HR reports and insights for management decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in HR or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, UAE labor regulations, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information with discretion
