The Aesthetic Medical Consultant will be responsible for conducting in-depth consultations to assess patient needs and guide them towards the most suitable aesthetic treatments. This role involves creating personalized treatment plans, ensuring that patients have a clear understanding of procedures, and maintaining high standards of care. The consultant must be skilled in patient communication, with a warm approach that promotes comfort and confidence. Additionally, they will manage follow-up calls to answer questions, discuss post-treatment care, and ensure patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical consultations to understand patient history, needs, and eligibility for treatments.
  • Develop and discuss personalized treatment plans tailored to patient expectations and health.
  • Advise patients on appropriate aesthetic treatments and provide guidance on risks, benefits, and aftercare.
  • Make follow-up calls to patients, addressing any questions and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of consultations and treatment plans.
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments to uphold high standards of patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Medical background with experience in aesthetic or cosmetic treatments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in patient handling and follow-up.
  • Knowledge of current aesthetic medicine practices and procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team.

Additional Skills:

  • Patient-focused, empathetic, and attentive to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for making patient follow-up calls.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing patient records and schedules.
