We are looking for a motivated, client-focused, and target-driven Counsellor to support our growing overseas education and immigration consultancy operations. The Counsellor will be responsible for guiding clients, assessing eligibility, and supporting them throughout the process for study abroad, work, and migration opportunities.

This is a performance-oriented role, ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and experience in counselling, sales, or overseas consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel clients on overseas education, work, and migration options
  • Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries, programs, or job pathways
  • Explain application processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and fees clearly
  • Assist clients with application forms, document collection, and submissions
  • Coordinate with internal teams, universities, partners, and immigration associates
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure progress and conversion
  • Achieve monthly counselling, enrollment, or conversion targets
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM / trackers
  • Stay informed about visa rules, eligibility criteria, and market trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Counsellor / Immigration or Overseas Education Consultant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Client-oriented and sales-driven mindset
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of study abroad, immigration, or overseas work processes
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
