Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor – Germany, located in Dubai. The Admission Counsellor will work closely with prospective students to provide personalized guidance on the admission process for higher education in Germany. Key responsibilities include offering expert advice on course and university selection, assisting with application and visa processing, and building strong relationships with students and parents. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to support student recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless application experience.

Qualifications

The candidate must have experience working in an Education Consultancy in UAE

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
  • Experience in UK and Canada markets is a plus
  • Excellent Customer Service experience and problem-solving abilities
  • Sales skills, including relationship-building and persuasion strategies
  • Background in Education, counseling, or relevant fields
  • Familiarity with the German higher education system is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a passion for guiding students in their educational journeys
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented professional environment
