Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Real Estate Residential Advisor (Arabic Speaker). The role involves prospecting potential clients, providing expert advice on residential properties, and conducting property viewings. Responsibilities also include maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, complying with company standards for professionalism, and staying updated on the latest market trends and property offerings. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships and a professional network
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, ensuring effective interaction with clients and team members
  • Experience in training, education, or knowledge-sharing within a real estate or sales environment
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills for managing client and team dynamics
  • Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is advantageous
  • Solid understanding of the UAE real estate market
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Valid UAE driver's license
  • Ability to work locally in Abu Dhabi
