Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Residential Sales Advisor specializing in Arabic-speaking clients is based in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging directly with potential and existing clients, providing consultation on real estate properties, analyzing client requirements, and offering solutions aligned with their preferences. The role also involves managing client relationships, preparing sales documentation, and staying updated on market trends and property listings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills for building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Effective Communication abilities, including fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English
  • Training and Education experience is required for understanding property market dynamics
  • Proficiency in Conflict Resolution for addressing client concerns or negotiation challenges
  • Proven sales experience in the real estate sector, particularly in the UAE, is a plus
  • Ability to work in a high-paced and target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
