We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker who thrives in a fast-paced market, understands the UAE property landscape, and has a passion for helping clients find their dream homes or investment opportunities.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling property listings, negotiating deals, and driving sales for both residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they receive a seamless and professional real estate experience from start to finish

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle property listings, client inquiries, and viewings efficiently.
  • Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals to achieve monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and property values.
  • Promote properties through various marketing channels (online platforms, social media, open houses).
  • Prepare necessary documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and procedures (Abu Dhabi)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • have a valid UAE driving license and own car (GOOD POINT)
