Al Nukhba Center is looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Expert to lead and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our group of companies. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English and have the ability to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and engage clients across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement complete digital marketing strategies for multiple brands.
  • Manage campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Create and schedule engaging content across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Optimize paid media performance on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to achieve strong ROI.
  • Oversee website management (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify) and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and backlink development.
  • Set up and manage CRM systems and marketing automation workflows.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and external partners to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and quality across all digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing management.
  • Proven experience handling digital marketing for multiple brands.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
  • CRM and automation platforms
  • CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow)
  • Basic graphic editing skills and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
