Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer to manage our online presence and create high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns while producing impactful designs for social media, branding, and advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, Google, and other online platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts (content planning, posting, engagement, analytics).
  • Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and track performance.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Improve website SEO, manage content updates, and coordinate with developers when needed.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and competitor activities.

Graphic Design

  • Create high-quality designs for social media posts, ads, banners, presentations, and print materials.
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms.
  • Design packaging, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials as required.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Edit short videos, reels, and motion graphics (optional but preferred).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in both digital marketing and graphic design roles.
  • Strong skills using design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and content strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Experience with video editing (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut).
  • Photography skills for product and lifestyle shots.
  • UI/UX design knowledge.
  • Experience creating ad copies and creative concepts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
