Co-Founder Opportunity

Emireq is inviting a
senior C-level executive
to join as a
Co-Founder
, contributing
strategic leadership, execution capability, and capital
. This is a
true partner role
with board-level influence, long-term equity participation, and responsibility for shaping the company's global direction.

This role is suitable only for individuals who have
already operated at executive level
and are comfortable building from zero to scale.

Who We Are Looking For (C-Suite Only)

We are seeking one of the following profiles:

  • Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
    – FinTech / SaaS / Platform architecture
  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
    – Financial structuring, fundraising, governance
  • Chief Operating Officer (COO)
    – Execution, scaling, operations, compliance
  • Chief Strategy / Growth Officer (CSO / CGO)
    – Market expansion, partnerships

The exact title will be finalized based on background and strength.Core Responsibilities

  • Act as a
    Co-Founder
    , not an advisor or consultant
  • Define and execute
    company-level strategy
  • Take full ownership of your functional domain
  • Participate in
    board-level decision making
  • Lead fundraising, partnerships, or platform execution (based on role)
  • Help structure governance, compliance, and institutional readiness
  • Represent Emireq with investors, partners, and regulators
  • Commit time, leadership, and capital to long-term growth

Investment Commitment (Mandatory)

  • Co-Founder must be
    willing to invest personal capital
  • Investment amount to be mutually agreed (founder-level contribution)
  • Capital will be used for:
  • Platform acceleration
  • Compliance & licensing
  • Talent & infrastructure
  • Equity allocation will reflect:
  • Capital invested
  • Role criticality
  • Execution responsibility
  • Long-term commitment

Equity Structure

  • Equity-only compensation
  • Meaningful
    founder-level equity

  • Vesting structure aligned with milestones and commitment
  • Long-term value creation focus (no short-term exits)

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a
    C-level executive or Founder
  • Background in
    FinTech, financial services, SaaS, or regulated platforms
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
  • Comfortable operating in early-stage ambiguity
  • Willing to invest and build long-term
  • Global mindset and remote leadership experience
