The Role

You will join as 
Co-Founder (Business Development & Sales)
 with full ownership of growth.

This is a 
full-time
 role with 
equity + revenue share
.

No fixed salary
—because this is a builder's seat.

You'll operate like a true founder:

• Build and scale B2B and B2C sales pipelines
• Drive corporate training deals, enterprise AI upskilling programs, and government partnerships
• Lead expansion to GCC, India, SEA, Africa, and beyond
• Build and manage a sales team (eventually)
• Shape global GTM strategy, funnels, pricing, and partnerships
• Represent the AI School at events, conferences, and high-level meetings
• Work closely with the Founder on roadmap, product, and scale strategy

What you will be selling

AI School currently offers:

• AI for Marketing, Sales, HR, Leadership, Real Estate, QSR, Hospitality
• AI Mastermind (corporate editions + public cohorts)
• Custom AI Agents + workflow automation for businesses
• Corporate AI transformation programs
• Train-the-Trainer licensing and institutional partnerships
• Enterprise-wide AI capability building

You will help scale this portfolio globally and shape new revenue lines.

Who we're looking for

A 
builder

Must-have qualities:

• Strong background in 
  Business Development / Sales / Partnerships
   (min 5–8 years)
• Deep 
  passion for AI, education, and future tech
• Ability to drive enterprise deals (CXO-level confidence)
• High ownership, obsession with revenue, and startup speed
• Comfortable working 
  full-time
   (on-site in Dubai or hybrid)
• Can operate independently and build systems from scratch
• Global experience is a bonus

Location: Anywhere in the world—but must be willing to commit full-time and travel if needed.

*Dubai presence preferred.
