Robotics, Coding, AI, and STEM skills
to kids and young learners through engaging online courses. Our mission is to make future-ready education accessible, practical, and fun.

We are now looking for a
driven and visionary Co-Founder
to lead and scale our
online courses vertical
.

Role Overview

This is a
founder-level opportunity
, not a salaried position. You will work closely with the founder to build, launch, and scale online courses globally. In return, you will be rewarded with
equity ownership
in the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-create and scale online courses (Robotics, Coding, AI, STEM, etc.)
  • Design course structure, pricing models, and learning paths
  • Lead instructor onboarding, content quality, and delivery strategy
  • Drive growth through partnerships, marketing, and community building
  • Contribute to overall business strategy and long-term vision
  • Act as a core decision-maker alongside the founder

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong passion for
    EdTech, Online Learning, or STEM education
  • Experience in course creation, digital products, startups, or education
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term commitment
  • Comfortable working in a zero-salary, equity-based startup role
  • Ability to execute, not just ideate

Compensation & Equity Structure

  • No fixed salary
    during the initial phase
  • Equity (shares) will be awarded after 1 year
    of active contribution
  • Optional Fast-Track Equity:
  • If the Co-Founder invests AED 200,000
    , equity shares will be
    rewarded instantly
