- Handle daily administrative duties including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update company records, invoices etc.
- Good knowledge of accounts handling
- Enter accounting records, invoices, and petty cash logs.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of contracts, receipts, and office records
- Manage customers data
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Excel and Email Writing
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role (1–3 years preferred).
