We are seeking a Korean‑speaking Real Estate Consultant to support our expanding international client base and strengthen our presence in the Korean‑speaking market.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Consultant – Korean Speaker will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing tailored support to Korean‑speaking clients. This role requires excellent communication skills in Korean and English, a proactive sales approach, and a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Korean‑speaking clients with property purchases, sales, and leasing
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
  • Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and developer launches
  • Build and manage a strong client portfolio
  • Provide professional advice on investment opportunities and market conditions
  • Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Fluency in Korean (native or advanced level)
  • Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Experience in real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Strong understanding of local communities, developers, and market dynamics
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Real estate certification is a plus
