Role Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and multilingual Real Estate Sales Agent fluent in Chinese to support its growing international client base. The ideal candidate will assist Chinese-speaking clients with property purchases, sales, and investments in Abu Dhabi, ensuring a seamless and professional experience aligned with the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Chinese-speaking clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed explanations of listings in both English and Chinese.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including pricing trends, regulations, and new developments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and high-quality service.
  • Prepare tailored property proposals, presentations, and marketing materials in Chinese and English.
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions in compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Manage and update property listings across company platforms.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or advisory roles, preferably within the UAE.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of international client expectations, particularly those from Chinese markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
