Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Dubai. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, presenting products or services to prospects, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Representative will work closely with the Sales and Management teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions for business growth.

Qualifications

Sales and relationship-building skills with the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as experience closing deals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and products effectively

Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts and sales pipelines

Proficient in CRM platforms and sales-related technologies

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

Previous experience in sales and a proven ability to exceed targets is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
