Role Overview

As a Real Estate Professional Agent, you will represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in guiding clients through property purchases, sales, and investments. You will build strong relationships, provide expert market insights, and deliver a seamless experience to clients seeking high‑quality real estate solutions in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Generate new leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, negotiations, and close transactions.
  • Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market, new launches, and regulatory changes.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client service.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong passion for the industry.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and customer‑focused.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
