Job Purpose
We are looking for an ambitious
Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS - 511)
to be part of HR Team.
Roles and responsibilities:
A Talent Acquisition Specialist's range of responsibilities, includes but not limited to:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffingneeds and candidateselection criteria.
- Sourceapplicants through online channels, such as LinkedInand other professional networks.
- Createjob descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Compilelists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
- Forecast quarterly and annualhiring needs by department.
- Support with the performance management cycle and work recognition plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
- Experience in full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office.
- Working experience in similar industry is an advantage.
