Role Description

Hira Industries LLC is seeking a qualified Safety Officer for a full-time, on-site role at their Ras Al Khaimah location. The Safety Officer will oversee workplace safety measures, implement health and safety protocols, identify and mitigate potential hazards, conduct accident investigations, and ensure ongoing compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Additionally, the role involves delivering safety training and promoting a culture of safety and security among employees.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Health & Safety and implementing workplace safety measures
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and related regulatory compliance standards
  • Experience in Accident Investigation and reporting procedures
  • Expertise in Security and management of workplace safety risks
  • Proven ability to conduct and deliver Safety Training programs
  • Fluency in Arabic is required, along with excellent communication skills in English
  • Certifications in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is an advantage
