Now, we're looking for a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager who's more than just a "salesperson" — we want a confident closer, someone who can pitch with purpose, influence with insight, and convert with confidence.

What You'll Be Doing:


• Identifying and converting new business opportunities across various industries


• Leading discovery calls and in-person meetings with decision-makers


• Crafting and presenting compelling marketing solutions tailored to client needs


• Building lasting client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor


• Representing Renowned Agency at events, client briefings, and pitch meetings


• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery


• Consistently hitting — and surpassing — revenue targets

Who You Are:


• You have 5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in a marketing, creative, or advertising agency


• You deeply understand performance marketing and consumer behavior psychology


• You're fluent in English and Arabic — both verbal and written


• You're confident pitching over the phone and in-person with senior-level executives


• You're persuasive, proactive, and hungry to win


• You thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced agency environment
