Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi for a Real Estate Client Success Manager (Arabic Speaker). In this role, you will ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, fostering customer retention, collaborating with internal teams, analyzing client feedback, and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance the overall client experience. You will play a key role in building trust and ensuring customers successfully achieve their real estate goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address and resolve client needs effectively
  • Analytical Skills to assess client feedback and improve service quality
  • Experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to maintain long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in Arabic (mandatory) and excellent communication skills in English
  • Proactive problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in real estate or client success roles is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
