Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Russian Speaker at Sama Real Estate, based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to Russian-speaking clients, conducting client consultations, translating documents and communications, and supporting various administrative and operational tasks. The successful candidate will also assist in property listings, liaise with team members, and ensure smooth communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Russian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Customer service, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience or knowledge in real estate transactions, listings, and property management (preferred but not mandatory)
- Organizational and administrative skills, with proficiency in using relevant computer applications and tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, focusing on task prioritization and time management
- Experience in cross-cultural communication or working in multilingual environments is a plus
- Availability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and adherence to local workplace regulations
