Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Real Estate Client Growth Consultant (Arabic Speaker). The responsibilities include lead generation, promoting real estate services, managing client relationships, planning and executing events, and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives. The role focuses on growing the client base, building strong professional relationships, and achieving sales targets while offering exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Lead Generation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to identify prospects and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Strong skills in Sales and Marketing to meet business growth targets and effectively represent the company's services.
  • Experience with Event Planning to organize and manage successful real estate events and client meetings.
  • Arabic-speaking proficiency is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Previous experience in real estate or sales roles, ideally in the UAE market, is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be a plus.
