We're on the lookout for a Creative Proposal manager to join our dynamic team and take our creative projects to new heights. If you're passionate about crafting unforgettable experiences and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll lead the creative vision and execution for large-scale exhibitions and events from concept to completion. You'll work closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to develop unique design concepts that align with project goals. Overseeing all phases of the design process, you'll ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency in every detail.

You'll also play a key role in guiding and mentoring junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and creative excellence. Managing multiple projects simultaneously will be part of your day-to-day, all while maintaining high creative standards and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

We're looking for someone with proven experience as a Senior Art Director or similar role in large-scale exhibitions and events. A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence in exhibition and event design is essential. You should have exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and presenting concepts to clients with confidence.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and a thorough understanding of 3D modeling tools is a must. The ideal candidate will balance creativity with strategic thinking, staying organized and effective under tight deadlines while ensuring visually stunning, functional designs. A deep understanding of the exhibition and event production process from concept to execution is also key.
