About the Role:
We are hiring an
Accounts & Office Administrator
to join our growing real estate team in
Umm Al Quwain (UAQ)
. The role involves managing daily accounting tasks, office operations, CRM updates, and client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounts, invoices, and petty cash
- Manage office admin tasks, documentation, and coordination
- Update CRM with client and property data
- Support client follow-up, calls, and correspondence
- Prepare simple reports and assist management
Requirements:
- Must be
based in Umm Al Quwain (UAQ) - Experience in
accounts, office admin, or real estate support - Familiar with
CRM software
and
MS Office - Excellent communication in
English, Hindi, and Malayalam - Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
