Job Summary

X-Calibur Emirates LLC, a leading company in the Construction Chemicals industry, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Female Purchase Officer to join our team in Umm Al Quwain (UAQ). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Prior Experience: Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of proven purchasing experience within the UAE.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering).
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in Hindi to facilitate communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Relocation: The candidate must be willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, supplier evaluation, price negotiation, and order placement.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
  • Annual Benefits: Annual air ticket allowance and medical insurance.
  • Transportation: Company transportation will be provided from the UAQ residence to the workplace.
  • Other Benefits: All other statutory benefits will be provided as per UAE Labour Law.
