HR & Admin Assistant

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. To support the Facility in all aspects of Human Resources requirements by following the Workflow based on the operations & ensuring that each Process is fulfilled by completing all the required tasks, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and onboarding processes, coordinating HR activities, and providing administrative support.
Required:
· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Must have Minimum 2 Yrs. Work experience as an HR Admin in Abu Dhabi or UAE preferred with medical experience.
· Solid understanding of HR practices and principles including laws & regulations.
· Proficiency in MS Office with strong written & verbal skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job description:
· Maintain and update the Job description in preparation for recruitment.
· Conduct proper Hiring process from recruitment to onboarding & Labor Processing.
· Develop, maintain, and update staff records physically and uploaded in the ERP system.
· Run an effective service ending for exiting staff with compliance with legal laws & regulations. (Internal & External steps).
· Prepare, develop, and record the Training Needs Analysis, planning & Schedules.
· Prepare and send Announcements and task as per the management request.
· Create and take approval for the preparation of Quarterly Facility Work Timings / Schedules.
· Monitor the Staff communication and KPI implementing required actions based on Attendance, Performance & Behavior.
· Process staff requests for leaves, salary certificates and etc…
· Generate and prepare payroll based on all KPI's and submit to Finance Department.
