Purpose of the Job:

To provide administrative and HR support ensuring smooth execution of daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, visa processing, employee accommodation, transportation, and compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Assist in payroll processing, medical insurance administration, and visa formalities.
  • Support training and development programs and internal communications.
  • Coordinate employee accommodation, transportation, and travel logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, UAE labor laws, and ISO standards.
  • Monitor and liaise with external service providers and government authorities.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, well-being, and company culture initiatives.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of UAE labor law and HR procedures

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Professional conduct and confidentiality

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or administration.
  • Experience in UAE and knowledge of local labor regulations is an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • CIPD or other HR-related certification is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
