We are seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Assistant to support our clinical operations with a strong background in recruitment, administration, DOH requirements, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and experienced in healthcare regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, document control, correspondence, and filing.
  • Maintain and update employee records, licenses, credentials, and DOH-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH) standards, guidelines, and clinical requirements.
  • Support preparation for JAWDA, DOH, and internal/external audits, ensuring all required files and reports are ready.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for timely completion of all regulatory tasks.
  • Manage staff attendance, timesheets, overtime requests, and leave records.
  • Assist with insurance-related paperwork, approvals, and communication when required.
  • Handle front desk or patient-related administrative duties as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to management and clinic departments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HR or Admin Assistant in a healthcare or clinic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and support both HR and clinical administrative functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
