Human Resources Coordinator

Job Purpose:
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and assisting in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
- Support in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
Maintain and update the recruitment database
Onboarding & Employee Relations:
Assist in the visa processing and documentation for new hires.
- Ensure all new joiners are onboarded smoothly with the necessary paperwork.
- Support travel arrangements, accommodation, and transport for overseas hires.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Assist in tracking visa renewal deadlines and coordinating with the HR team to ensure timely renewals.
Support in drafting HR communications and reports.
Employee Engagement & Culture Development:
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Help gather employee feedback to improve workplace culture.
Support the Group Head of People & Culture in executing engagement strategies.
Payroll & Benefits Support:
Support the HR team in medical insurance applications and cancellations.
- Coordinate with employees regarding medical insurance queries.
