We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic
HR Intern
to join our
Human Resources Department
.

This internship offers valuable exposure to both
Human Resources operations
and
PRO (Public Relations Officer)
activities, providing a complete understanding of employee lifecycle management in a corporate environment.

Duration:
3–6 months (Internship)

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with recruitment activities — CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Assist in onboarding new joiners (offer letters, joining forms, ID creation, etc.).

Public Relations (PRO) Support:

  • Coordinate with the PRO team on visa, medical, and Emirates ID processing.
  • Prepare and organize documents for government-related submissions.
  • Assist in tracking renewals (visas, labor cards, trade licenses, etc.).
  • Learn about UAE labor law documentation and compliance procedures.
  • Support the team in internal communication with government authorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn HR and PRO operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
