Human Resources Assistant

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai for the role of Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will support the daily operations of the HR Department by managing administrative tasks, assisting with benefits administration, maintaining and updating employee records, and ensuring accurate data entry within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The role also involves coordinating employee training programs, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources functions and HR Management practices
- Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Understanding of benefits administration and related processes
- Ability to coordinate, schedule, and support employee training programs
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is an advantage
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Experience with KPIs and HR performance measurement
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
